YOUR OPINION IS NEEDED!! The SHRM Membership Advisory Council (MAC) has been working on a survey to obtain your input in a number of key areas. The information obtained from this survey will be used in the MAC's report to the SHRM Board of Directors in November.
As a direct result of your feedback in our last survey, the MAC was able to provide valuable information to the SHRM Board of Directors in June. We are pleased to report that you will see some changes in the coming months as a direct result of this feedback. We also realized the opportunity available to collect additional data from all levels of the SHRM Volunteer ranks and will include chapter members in this survey group.
Without your input the MAC only has part of a voice. The changes we have accomplished as well as the initiatives we are still working on would not be possible without your participation. We hope you will be able to continue to help us provide meaningful feedback to the Board via these surveys.
The MAC will need all feedback from your state leadership, chapter leadership and chapter members by September 30, 2015 so we can develop a comprehensive report for the Board in November. We look forward to receiving your valued ideas and comments.
