This conference is a joint program hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau Region 3, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Philadelphia Industry Liaison Group (ILG).
Organizations are being challenged to implement competitive pay practices that are also fair and satisfy regulatory requirements. We will have representatives from the federal government and subject matter experts talk about the requirements, how to assess your situation, and how to develop appropriate pay practices for your organization.
