About the Speaker:

Becky Stauffer is a regional speaker on Employment Issues and a Workplace Mediator.

Becky is a Senior Human Resources Leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive background in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, competencies, and administrative systems in the private and public sectors; most recently, supporting the Healthcare Industry.

Becky has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and holds professional designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management’s new designation of Senior Certified Professional (SCP)

Her 15 years of experience includes leading an HR team, supporting a multistate organization with 500 employees, being adjunct faculty at Penn-State York, holding multiple board positions including President of the York Society for Human Resource Management, she has received many awards including the York SHRM’s HR Professional of the Year, Penn-Mar Human Services Shining Star and the National Contract Management Association, Mid-Atlantic Region’s Unsung Hero Award.
